Bootcamp is a two-week fitness and exercise program designed to bring balance, diversity, and intensity to your workout routine.

Bootcamp meets five days a week for two weeks. Every morning you and your team of six to ten people meet in the great outdoors near the Minneapolis chain of lakes for a 30-40 minute, professionally-led workout.

Bootcamp combines strength and endurance training, speed and power exercises, agility and plyometric drills to challenge and inspire you towards a fit and healthy body!

During your two-week Bootcamp, add once or twice-a-week resistance training at the studio for no extra cost! Sign up for a post-Bootcamp maintenance program after you graduate and save!

Bootcamp caters to all fitness levels—from beginners wanting to jump-start their program to advanced athletes ready for a new challenge.
