Where do I go?
You will recieve a daily email informing you of the next day's location.
What if I get lost?
Program this number into your cell phone RIGHT NOW: 612-387-1978.
If you are unfamiliar with a location, consider doing a drive-by
the day before.
Do I need to bring anything special?
Most days youll need only your body dressed in exercise clothes
and a good pair of running shoes or cross trainers. Shoes will get
wet and dirty. On days marked BIKE NEEDED, you will
need a bike. If you do not have a bike, one will be provided for
you, though your own is preferable. Please allow extra time in the
morning for unloading your bike from your car.
What if it is raining?
You will get wet. Unless the weather is absolutely horrific, we
will meet at the location indicated in the daily log. If you are
in doubt, call 612-387-1978.
What if I cant make it one day?
If I know of your scheduling conflict in advance, it may be possible
to either make it up on a later date, or join a different time slot
that morning.
What if I miss a day?
You miss a day.
Will you offer supplemental workouts?
Additional weight training sessions will be offered at Balance one evening a week. These classes are included as a Bootcamp Bonus,
should you desire an emphasis on resistance training.
What if I am the slowest/out-of-shapest/clumsiest
person?
Bootcamp is a team event as much as an individual one. I encourage
you to do the best that you can do on any given day. Each workout
is different than the one before it; where you excel, others might
lag, and vice versa. Use this time to learn through observation
and risk; and to teach by example.
What's with the additional resistance training sessions at the studio?
That's right! Do TWO workouts in one day by joining us in the studio. There are plenty of classtimes to choose from, so be sure to inquire.
