Morgan Luzier, Bootcamp Creator contact
Morgan
Wanting to provide my clients with a high-intensity, supported and
motivating exercise experience, I conceived of Bootcamp in the summer
of 1999. That year, I proudly graduated six people. Knowing that
my concept was a truly unique, effective and empowering one, I set
out to make it the best program of its kind available. Almost ten years later, in keeping with my lifes work of change, growth,
and awakening, the program has expanded into an unparalleled exercise
and conditioning experience: challenging and fun, rewarding and
humbling, group supported but individually achieved. As a reflection
of my own experience with fitness, I seek to provide a space for
Bootcampers to honor their bodies, embrace the great outdoors and
summer weather of Minneapolis, laugh, sweat, and, ultimately graduate
with a greater appreciation for their health and well-being.
